I am cheerleader to the SMEs or as I prefer to address them; the entrepreneurs. I have noticed and I can document this with confidence that the employees are not very keen to join Saccos even when the entrepreneur is a member of one from their previous life before joining entrepreneurship.

My work is to make known to the employees of SMEs the importance of saving their money far away from themselves. The employees of SMEs have a goal to become wealthy and they assume that this goal can only be met by moving on to work for ‘bigger’ organizations. Give me this opportunity to come and you will notice that your good employees will work for you for longer – staff retention is a huge challenge to SMEs.
